When you use the contact form, Shadowdrake Creations may collect your name, organization, email address, telephone number, country, preferred language, project interests and the information you include in your message. Required fields are necessary to respond meaningfully to your enquiry. Optional fields help provide a more relevant response.

Purpose and legal basis

Contact information is used only to receive, review and respond to enquiries, prepare demonstrations, discuss potential projects and take steps requested before entering into a contract. Depending on the nature of the enquiry, processing is based on taking pre-contractual steps at your request and/or the legitimate interest of Shadowdrake Creations in responding to professional enquiries and managing business communications.

Recipients and email processing

Contact-form submissions are received by Andrew King — Shadowdrake Creations. Email delivery and mailbox services are provided through Namecheap Private Email. Namecheap acts as a service provider processing data on behalf of Shadowdrake Creations.

International transfers

Namecheap may process personal data in the United States and other countries as part of providing its services. Where required, such transfers are subject to appropriate contractual safeguards under applicable data-protection law.

Retention

Contact enquiries are normally retained for a maximum of 12 months from the most recent meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required because a business relationship, contract, legal obligation or dispute requires the information to be retained.

Technical data

The website is privately hosted on infrastructure operated by Shadowdrake Creations. Standard server logs may record technical information such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser or user-agent information for security, troubleshooting and service operation. No analytics or marketing tracking tools are currently installed.
