Andrew founded Shadowdrake Creations after years of working with real operational problems. The principle was simple: understand how people actually work, remove unnecessary friction, and build software that can evolve with the work. Andrew believes software should be complex where the problem demands it, but straightforward for the people who use it. After deployment, everyday changes should be manageable in-house. Calling the developer should be for something new, something custom, or something genuinely broken, and not because a label, menu, map or piece of content needs updating.
